I first contact Nichole regarding to the need to move my car from Los Angeles to Birmingham of Alabama. My impression is that she is very busy, but somehow patient and polite. Before this call, I've done some research from BBB and Transport Review and know that this company has excellent rating. Therefore, without much thinking I accept the quote from Nichole.

One thing that impresses me is for her to make an effort to accommodate my needs. She made the first appointment, but I change the pick up date. Without second thought, she went ahead to make another appointment to pick up my car earlier.

I like the carrier too. They are very polite, friendly, and fast. It takes them only three days to move my car from Los Angeles to Birmingham of Alabama. The carrier is Siliver Transport and the driver is Scott Silvers.
