This was my first experience in dealing with shipping a vehicle, and I had no idea what to expect. All it took was one phone call and Nicole handled the rest. I called on a Wednesday and the vehicle was picked up on Friday, two days later. It was scheduled to arrive on the following Monday, but the driver encountered some problems and did not arrive till Wednesday. However, he contacted me every day to keep me updated on the situation. Overall it was an extremely well organized and pleasant experience. I have zero complaints. In fact, I changed the drop off location in mid shipment and it was no problem at all.

When I decided on shipping my car, I "Googled" the circumstances and received a number of helpful hints. This site being one of them. I was contacted by at least a dozen transport companies, and only one of them offered a quote any lower than Hilton. A number were one to two hundred dollars higher. But I had also seen Hilton's customer satisfaction ratings, and I figured I couldn't go wrong with the best price and the best rating. I figured right.

I highly recommend Hillton. And Nicole (I hope I'm spelling her name right.) was the icing on the cake. A very pleasant experience.
