My move went great. When I spoke to john he made it seem as if it were the simplest thing ever. I gave him all my info and my moms car was picked up the next day! I haven't seen my mom in 2 years and finally she's able to move back down. I'm so happy!!!!! Dan held my hand through the whole thing and always answered my questions and was really like a friend instead of a customer service person. I really loved the attention :) thank you guys s0o0o0o0o much!!!!!
