Todd at Head of the Pack saw me through the process of shipping my car to Texas and made everything very easy for me. He communicated with me regularly and was available for any question I had. The carrier he used was excellent albeit late due to illness of the driver. When Todd became aware of the situation he promptly communicated with me about the delay and kept me apprised of things as they happened. The car still arrived in a somewhat timely manner and was in perfect condition. The driver of the company Head of the Pack used for my car was courteous, friendly, and professional. I would absolutely recommend Head of the Pack to anyone needing to ship a car!
