not very knowledgeable about nothing in the customer service and rep

After paying the quoted amount for the delivery, the rep and the customer service rep, were never able to tell me when the vehicle would be pickup, i just had to wait. I was told that i would receive an e mail upon pick of of the vehicle, never happen , the tracking system on there website, is very prehistoric , and not only that, but they do not take the time to update the only 2 information available , ( vehicle pick up, and vehicle on the way to destination ) with no dates related, everything is a clear and obscure unknown with Haulmatch.
There is no one to receive your call on the week end, or to answer any question that you might have about your freight.

We are living in the 21Th , in this manner even USPS , has a better tracking to track your 3 $ letter, let s not talk about a 20 000$ vehicle.

I will never use this freight liner "3rd party provider ever again"!
