When I originally booked the transport of my truck from CA to TN through CJ at Guardian Auto Express, I was quoted a total price of $795.00 which included a military discount. I was asked to pay $195.00 initial deposit and was told to pay the transport driver $600.00 in cash or a cashiers check upon delivery. When the driver contacted my son in TN, he told him that he needed $795.00 to deliver the truck or it would be placed in storage at our expense. When I contacted CJ at Guardian Auto Express to inquire about the amount, he told me that at the last minute he changed transport companies and they required $795.00 COD. He also went on to tell me that I would be refunded my initial deposit of $195.00. After two telephone calls and six emails went unanswered by CJ at Guardian Auto Express and no refund from this company, I had to open a fraudulent claim against Guardian Auto Express through Bank of America for not refunding my initial $195.00 deposit as CJ promised. I would never use their service again and I would encourage others not to use this company as well.
