Ken, you should be ashamed of yourself. Ken demanded my credit card info in advance of my transport which I provided, to move my Ferrari 355 from AZ to IL. Ken was clear that my luxury vehicle would be mounted on the top level of the carrier. When it arrived, it was on the very bottom. The transport driver demanded that I pay in full, in cash, before he release the vehicle to me. I complied, and was shocked when weeks later I discovered that my credit card was double-charged for the full amount. I called Ken, who was immediately defensive. Over the next week and a half, he continually promised to credit my account and continually did NOTHING. Finally, after Ken received a call from the credit card company directly was a refund issued. Never again.
