I decided to use a company that would broker the deal through Gran Turismo to have my motorcycle shipped across country from Virginia To California. I was told that it would take 5-10 days to have the bike picked up and that the driver of the truck would contact me 24 hours prior to pick-up. Not only was their estimation inaccurate they did not even have the consideration to call me and let me know that the bike was not picked up yet. I called the dispatcher at Grand Turismo numerous times at which time he gave me excuse after excuse as to why the trucks in that area could not pick up the bike. The usual excuse was that the truck was full! What kind of company will schedule deliveries without allotting enough space for the reserved shipment? They continued to tell me that they could pick the bike up in a couple days and I would let a few days go by without receiving a single phone call letting me know that bike wasn't going to be picked up when they said. Then I would call again and complain just to be told the same excuse followed by them saying they would call the trucker and then call me back. Never once did they call me back or care to return my phone call. Finally after 20 days going by and having my motorcycle not picked up and no courtesy phone call I decided to cancel my contract altogether with Gran Turismo Motorsports. I have never been so disatisfied with a single company in my entire life. I can't even imagine how this company remains in business. They are completely unprofessional, they are not courteous at all, they are horrible at communication and following up with the customer, and their customer service is a joke. I would not recommend this company to anyone, I hope this review serves as a warning not to use Gran Turismo Motorsports, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
