Awesome Service!! First Time User - SAVED me from bad deal!!

I bought car from Illinois, and had a company set up to transport it. However the company owner would only speak to my wife, would not answer my calls, and rudely hung up on me whenever I asked for any information regarding the estimated time of delivery. This was our first time using a shipping company and read tons of reviews and horror stories about cars being left in transport docks for week. My wife really needed the car and we were crunched for time. I started calling around and was pleased to speak with Ellen at Goldstart Transport. She was not only super helpful, but really informative about the business. I told her about my situation and the treatment I was getting and she offered her advice, NOT her services. After all of the time she spent with me on the phone, I called my wife and had her cancel our original shipping arrangment. I called Ellen back and she set up shipping for the NEXT day!!! The next morning I called the dealership to inform them, and they told me the driver already called and set up a pick up time for that afternoon!! It was AWESOME!! Soon after I got a call from Ellen, who was excellent at keeping in contact with me through the whole process. She quoted me very affordable and said that the car would be delivered by the next morning. (WOW!!) After the driver picked-up the car, he called me and let me know he was on his way. My car was here promptly the next morning all the way from Chicago to Virginia. Thank you Ellen, Thank you GoldStar, I have used you all again already and will continue to do so! I have also already recommended to friends and family!! Excellent ALL the way around A+++++++
