I can't believe these people are in business!!!!

I talked to Dave on August 1st and made arrangements to have my vehicle picked up on August 10th. I was told by Dave that he would call me within 24 hours of pick up. On the 9th I recieved no phone call so I called them to only get the answering machine. I left a message and nobody called me back. On the 10th I called again and was told my car would be picked up by 7pm. Well, that never happened. I called back the next day (Saturday) and was told that I would have to wait until Monday to talk to Dave again and find out when my car will be picked up. I got on the internet and came across this website. After reading all of the negative things on here i decided to go ahead and cancell before this went any further. I diddn't catch the name of the person I spoke with but I told him that I wanted to cancel and gave him the order #. He said it was cancelled and then hung up on me. I called back to speak with the manager, Andre, about how he is handling his business. He really diddn't seem to care and told me that the reason why i diddn't get intouch with anyone was because of my cell phone. I reminded him that I left several messages on his answering machine. He was full of nothing but excuses. This company or whatever you call it is filled with nothing but morons. I would higly recommend staying away from these people unless you want a bad experience and nothing but run arround and headaches.
