Had the date selected for a few weeks. Then The Week of the transportation came and still no confirmed date. Then Last minute before we moved we got a driver but the price was increased from our quote and we had no option but to pay… we were going to cancel, but We were promised a refund for the overage amount we paid to the driver after delivery but never received anything.. Getting left on read and no reply’s to email. Would rate high if not for that!
