I was a little worried at first because the actual transporter did not call me until the day before the end of our window. Once they called, they picked the cars up promptly though the next day. The transport that initially picked up the cars got two flat tires, so that set the delivery of the cars back a day. Overall, the cars arrived on time though and in excellent condition. Very good experience, and I would recommend.
