My experience with Kat Jolly was extremely positive as she worked diligently to find a transport truck to go to the Albany/Western Massachusetts area (target town was Lee, Ma.) for the 3 date target specified and was successful in doing so. The driver hired to transport my vehicle was extremely courteous and cooperative to both myself and my wife. The only reason my car arrived late at Lee, Ma. was due to the fact the driver mistakenly read my written address to deliver the car as Lynn, Ma. instead of Lee, Ma. I was not bothered by this error since the most urgent part of the transport were the pickup date (I was renting at the time in Goose Creek, SC), the driver promptly delivering my car in a timely manner and the fact that my car arrived in perfect condition.

As far as the pricing of this service, I found it to be reasonable - not the cheapest and not the most expensive, but right in the middle of quotes I received. I also appreciated the fact that I was not asked to absorb any of the cost by the driver to correctly drive back from Lynn to Lee, Ma. Get it Done also absorbed extra cost in getting a driver to go out of his way from his Albany route to Lee.

I would definitely not hesitate to utilize Get IT Done transport again in the future.
