Out of the 7 TOTAL negative reviews out of the 600 plus positive on this site, I have NEVER discredited a clients opinion, BUT to read this review is DISHEARTENING and BAFFLING. Order was place the morning b4 thanksgiving (NOTE:they said I was the cheapest by 500.00) and was scheduled to be picked up that day (same day as placed) we closed the office at 3pm due to flying out that day for the holiday, I gave Rachel's husband all the carrier info via telephone and email. I left the office gathered my 5 son's and wife and was on a plane to Colorado to enjoy Thanksgiving Day w/ our relatives. Truck was picked up that day, delivered on time, price was guaranteed (priced 500 cheaper then my competitors) and NO damage. to read this is confusing, disheartening, and has me baffled. Just look at the review under this one that was written days prior our communication is praised. Being family owned we pride ourselves in doing the right thing and being with the client throughout the entire transport. I do have over 1000 references all over the country that can vouch for there 5 star experience they endured while using Get it Done.
