Driver communicated often indicating his location due to weather conditions, etc. What a concept! Bob was courtious, friendly, dependable, and knowledgeable and just plain old pleasant to deal with. Loaded quickly and was on his way. Arrived earlier than expected at friends home in Florida. Good man, great service, good communication skills, what more does anyone need. Thanks Bob.
