The customer service was excellent they worked with me on changing carriers instantly when an unexpected delay occured with the vehicle from point of origin. The price could have been less, but for the time of transport being 5-6 days from pickup, and only 3-4 days from placing the phone call to vehicle pickup it was worth the extra money to have the expedited shipping. Kim was great to work with and responded quickly. Vehicle arrived in good shape and transportation company was very easy to communicate with. Overall a very good experience and would use them again. If you are looking for a no time constraint lowest price company then look elsewhere, but GT did a great job for my transport.
