Do not, under any circumstances, use Freedom (formerly Froland) out of Huntsville, Tx. Car was picked up nearly a full week after it was scheduled. Very hard to get anyone on the phone. Then they lie and never get back to you. When I finally got the car, the trucker had a higher price than my written guarantee....trucker was told that Freedom cleared the higher price with me on the phone. The truth is that I was never able to get them on the phone and, so, had never been told about the cost being raised. Didn't want to stiff or haggle with the trucker so just paid the extra $75. I had selected them over some lower-priced companies because they claim to be run by and give money to veterans. Don't believe anything they say....this is a totally dishonest organization.

Ken's originally quoted price was $1045.00, but when speaking to the agent he didnt want to pay more than $825.00. The quoted price is the price that is what is required to move your vehicle. We don't pad the price. We actually cut what profit we do get by giving a discount to military and students. When you called upset that your vehicle hasn't moved yet, it would require paying your oeiginal quote price not the discounted price you originally asked for. And you didnt have a problem with that, I didn't even charge you the $1045, I only charged you $900. Your agent paid the difference because she was wrong to allow such a discount to be entered into the system. Jim
