Still don't have my car.

I am still waiting on my car to be delivered. Freightport subcontracted to another third party who was verbally abusive to me when my vehicle never arrived as promised. I was told it would be here 7 days ago - each day I'm told it will be here "today". I wait and wait...and it is never here. No one, including the relocation company who arranged this with Freightport (Nationwide Relocation Services) seems concerned. My new employer paid on time to Freightport, but the third party carrier subcontracted threatened to hold on to my car and not to "piss him off" or he will not deliver it at all. He said because Freightport didn't pay him. Even as we speak, the driver said it "may or may not" arrive tonight. It's going on three weeks now. I was told it would take 7-10. Not only was I yelled at by Alex the driver for the subcontractor, he then asked if I was single and sounded inconherent on the phone tonight. I am going to be reporting the car stolen, as advised, because of the threat of non-delivery on a car and service that was paid upfront. I've been lied to by Nationwide, Freightport and this subcontractor (Alex, with Motion, I think that's the carrier's name - who knows). Freightport even told me not to believe a word out of Alex's mouth since he's upset with them regarding payment behind the scenes. This should not be my worry. I'm supposed to start a job in a new city - I do not know one person, and no longer have my rental because I was assessing all kinds of late fees. Now, it looks as if I won't be able to start my new job on time. Thanks, Freightport.

Oh- not to mention that my previous employer asked me not to continue my 2 weeks notice because I missed two days of work waiting for the pick up of my vehicle. That's 2k I lost in a final paycheck and it severely tarnished my reputation with my previous employer. Nice to know that I'll be starting my new job off on a negative note, as well. All because of this debacle of a car delivery service.

MY ADVICE IS TO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - I'VE BEEN LIED TO FROM THE BEGINNING AND PUT IN TO AN EXTREMELY BAD SITUATION.

We hired Motion Express to transport this vihicle, im sorry for there drivers rudness. There is nothing we could do cuz there driver got mad, he no longer with there company because of this customer but we cant control other companies drivers. We offered to cover rental for this customer due to delays but customer refues to accept it.
