)Agents are very nice, but once you have an issue you cannot talk to the resolutions department and they will not make an effort to set things right.
Summary - There is no ability to get a refund for poor service or direct damage to your items - even if clearly documented with pictures. They put my furniture - antiques - on an airplane through DFW - this was not normal and they said so BUT they will not make amends.

Resolutions via email will ask you to go through hoops - evidently to hope you go away - I was stubborn on this one and did. In spite of the pictures I had of the two broken items and the packing cardboard showing all for legs had worn through in spite of its adequacy to protect under any normal circumstances as well as damage estimates with online prices they would not budge. The washstand had clearly been drug on a rough (cement?) surface. One porcelain caster was broken and two were lost. One was wrenched off hard enough it split the 3 by 3 leg. The other item, a desk had one leg wrenched off, one split in two and two had been split. All pictures were taken while they were still being unpacked. The desk was being sent because my Dad had passed away - I did not insure it, my bad, but I really didn't want full payment for repair or replacement - the item was lost for me (I didn't want A desk, I wanted my Dad's desk) - I wanted a discount for what was clearly bad treatment. I didn't ask for full refund, just a reasonable 10 to 20% refund - their final offer was 20 dollars 2%. It was offered in an email. The resolution group has no desire to serve the customer and would not call me in spite of numerous requests. Agents are nice even in the attempt to assist during the complaint process, but they are not in resolutions and they are powerless to influence them.
