Horrible experience

Do NOT even talk to this company! I was trying to get a bid from them, working with Gerald. Gerald promised to get back to me; I contacted him at least three times for the bid and he kept promising to get it to me. After multiple attempts I finally went with another company. Freedom Auto transport would not remove the information from their system which resulted in a delay of my transport. I called and texted Gerald, asking him to remove the “bid” in their system (again, a bid he had never communicated to me), I called their dispatch to no avail, I received a call from someone named Taylor whom I also directed to remove my information and finally called the company in Idaho I had gotten their number from and spoke to Robert. I had to get very persistent and firm to get them to remove the alleged uncommunicated bid. HORRIBLE customer service. Rude and obnoxious.
