Chris was very honest and upfront with me throughout the entire process. He kept me up to speed with all that was going on. It was bid low in the beginning so we had to raise the price to get it picked up but was still less than other carriers. The driver arrived early which was great. He was always in contact with me and returned calls very promptly. Car arrived in great condition - needed a wash but that is expected in an open carrier. Overall great experience.
