Very Deceptive and quasi-fraudulent!!

Was quoted $899 for shipment from Virginia to Washington State. Andy sent the contract immediately, and hounded me repeatedly to sign and pay the $200 deposit, so he could "get a truck assigned". I then responded with several questions about the contract, (required to pay an extra 8% of the cost for additional insurance, no clarification on the refund policy, a requirement to pay up to a 10% increase in fuel charges with no specification as to beginning fuel rate, and requirement to litigate claims in New York, where the company is out of Connecticut. After sending these questions to Andy, he immediately responds "unfortunately we are no longer going to Washington State, therefore we can not move the car". Luckily for me I ended up not using them, but they are very deceptive, and clearly try to get you into the contract, which is poorly written and unconscianable! If I had not been an attorney, I probably would have signed and sent back like many others on this site. I would highly recommend you find another company besides Flofield, (aka moveauto.net).

this person was not even a customer of ours I called this customer and disclosed everything in the contract to him, I also emailed the contract to him, at the last minute unfortunately we lost our northwest driver and had to cancel the order with him, which I guess that he did not like, but no money was taken and the contract was not signed so why give us a review. This seems to be a person that is a troublemaker and will cause any transportation company problems, good or bad, so i recommend to the transporters that they do not do any business with this guy. We did not even do the car and he is complaining.
