The initial conversations with Alec were good and he took about 2 days to schedule a driver to ship my car from Arizona to Maryland. No money was taken at this point. The driver was supposed to pick up my vehicle around 12-3pm and called me at around 12:30 to let me know he was on his way. I could tell he was experienced in his job as he loaded the vehicle in a safe and efficient manner. A joint inspection was done of my car and I took some pictures and signed the bill of lading (which I received a copy of).

The driver mentioned that he would deliver the vehicle within 5-7 days and contacted me on the 5th day to let me know he would be arriving the following day in the morning. The vehicle was offloaded in the parking lot of my apartment complex. There was no damage/dents/scratches observed after doing a joint inspection on delivery and I handed over a cashier's check to the driver and got another copy of the bill of lading.

Overall my experience with Alec and First Rate Auto Transport for my vehicle shipping was great and I would definitely go back to them again if I’m ever crazy enough to move cross-country again.
