I have done a number of moves both domestic and international but had never needed to have a vehicle transported prior to this move. Erika took the time to explain (and re-explain with a smile!) how the process works, what I could expect at each step of the process and assured me that everything would go smoothly. I am happy to say she was right! With all of the other logistics and details that I needed to coordinate, Erika was more then happy to help out and take care of everything regarding the vehicle transport so that I could focus on other tasks. Throughout the whole process from initial quote to delivery of the vehicle Erika stayed on top of everything! Her customer service is superb! In addition to this the driver that transported our vehicle was incredible. Very understanding and flexible in meeting me at off times to accommodate my toddler's schedule. His only concern was to make this move go as planned!
