No follow up from First Class Auto. Had to call five days after order palced to find statuc of pick up date. Was told by dispatch center that they will call us right back. No call. Second call next day spoke to John was told that the truck was in OK going to TX and will be in N.M. next day to pick up vehicle. Received call from party that vehicle was not picked up. Called dispatch center and spoke to Mark was told that no trailer had been assigned to pickup the vehicle. Told Mark to have John call as soon as he gets in. I called and spoke to John and cancelled the order. He denied that he told me the vehicle was schedueld for pickup. When asked why we did not receive a call about no pickup he stated that dispatch should have called us. But again no trailer assigned so he lied.
