My 1933 hot rod was delivered with 4 major front suspension segments broken because
they were used to tie down the car in transit, much too tightly. The driver admitted that
although he didn't know how the damage happened, the car was not like that when it was
loaded. I reported the damage to Vic who checked my claim with the driver a few days later
and it was agreed that if I performed the labor, they would pay the cost of the parts (appr. $700.)
( note: the local rod shop gave us an estimate of $1,340.) I was by luck able to buy replacement parts
for $528. ! I called Vic and sent an invoice for the $528. and now it is excuse after excuse!

Please note: I originally contracted Express Auto Transport and subbed the job to F&F
Express Auto has kept contact with me & even offered their legal dept. to aid me in my suit.
They are a first class company, I just wish they didn't sub my delivery out!

If anyone knows what Vic's last name is or any other info, please get in contact with me.

It is not in my character to let this go unpunished. Raceman23@comcast.net
at this point if it costs me more $$ to get justice, let it happen.
