We were very happy with Fast Transport and the customer service rep, Rafael, was very prompt in all in his communications, etc. We liked the fact that our transported car(s) was "direct", which means that it didn't have to be switched to a different driver on a different truck somewhere along the route. Less room for damage or error. At the same time we were sending a car to New York, we were also having one sent from New York to Phoenix. This took a little longer, but we were told this in advance. Overall, we were very pleased with the service. The price for each vehicle was very competetive, being less than all the other quotes we received. I had read many horror stories about cars not being released until some hidden fees were paid at the drop off. This was not the case with Fast Transport.
The only suggestion I might have is that if the driver commits to being there a certain time and is not able to get there at the designated hour, he call and update the ETA. We experienced late arrivals at both ends and it would have been nice to not been tied up all day, when a simple phone call could have clarified the true ETA. I understand that issues, traffic, etc arise, but the driver was not very good at updating us on actual time. Once he arrived though, he was very professional and knowledgeable about loading, etc. It's a lot of work to get vehicles off and on the truck!
