Disappointing experience

We relocated to Northern Virginia and my husband had used them, so we thought that we would use them yet again for our other car. However the second experience was not quite how we anticipated when being a return customer. Initially they were fine with wanting the business and taking the money, but of course it all went downhill from there. They were supposed to pick up the car on Monday or Tuesday, so when Tuesday afternoon came around and still no word, I called them and was told they would be there by 6ish that evening. After 7:30 rolled around I called this driver and left a message, who called me back in no real hurry to tell me that they would pick up my car the next day in which they actually followed through on. On Wednesday, my car was finally picked up and I was told that it would arrive in a week. Once a week went by, I called and spoke with Jackie the following Thursday who couldn't tell me where my car was nor could she return a call, she was only able to tell me that there was a "mechanical problem" with a truck (potentially not my truck or potentially my truck?). Called again on Monday in hopes to receive information or just compensation for their lack of service or communication in this very frustrating process that I have encountered. Jackie was not helpful and said she would pass along a message to this so called owner "Christian" who was also a great communicator and did not call me back. On another side, I did get a number for the driver of whom I finally reached after calling several times; he told me that he would be delivering my car on Tuesday evening. So on the 14th day/Wednesday went by and finally by evening my car had arrived. I am reluctant to say that there were a few scuffs/scratches after having it washed that occurred during the trip. Now the outstanding question is, will they do anything???

I strongly DO NOT recommend using them as they certainly have an interesting business model that leads you to believe that your car has been highjacked and taken to another country. With everything said I have also reported them to the BBB, in hopes that their model will change for the better dare anyone want to use them.
