We currently ship approximately 5000 cars per year, our only additional charges consist of 2 different types of services, standard service 5-10 day pickup priority service 1-4 day pickup, these services are calculated from the first available pickup date given to us by the customer. Our service is outstanding as to pickup and delivery, customer service and knowledge of the industry which is extensive. unfortunately there are people or companies [competitors] out there that play games and submit bad reviews in order to hurt us, even though what they say is not true. The customers also do not read the order and do not ask questions, as they should. All the reviews reflect the same complaint the difference between the priority and standard service which is really the fault of the customer trying to choose standard and ask for priority on there order. As you can see 97% of our customers have submitted no reviews, I guess that should tell you something, do we have to contact the customers that were satisified to place good reviews just to appease the customer.
