Train drivers on customer service. Even your reps who they report too. The driver and the guy he called was unprofessional. I got into a verbal debate with a driver(Mario) who refused to handle business with my wife because I was approaching or trying to enter and inspect the car. He approached me yelling who was I and just disregarded the fact that my wife was over there handling business with him. He focused all his energy on making something out of nothing instead of taking her ID filling his paperwork and leaving. He made it a mission to hold my keys and stop the turnover process and called his supervisor lieing saying I was threatening him because of maybe the language barrier. I walked off and then a rep called me and was more unprofessional than him basically saying I was wrong and that he have a job to do and I was interference with it. I did get a lady who called me after and explained alot of what was going on but by that time I was over the company and the driver. I had to call the police to get the process started again snd so my wife could get the keys. Totally unacceptable and I know drivers and moving companies is needed but I would avoid a headache with them. Fast service buy customer service goes along way for me when I'm paying for a quality service.
