Poor customer service

I used this guys to transport a car to Florida, and unfortunately there were issues with Tornados, Floods, Holidays, and a key guy at FHT was sick, but their communications were absolutely horrible. They quoted me 7 to 10 days, and it took 14 days, many times they didn't know where the car was, and granted there were a lot of problems, but there was no proactive communications or updates, even though they said they would. And when I got a little frustrated with Arman, he was very rude, and basically told me to just work with the driver going forward. But, it was difficult to reach him at times, he had a thick accent, and so was very difficult to understand him. Arman needs a huge attitude adjustment. I understand things do go wrong, and they had no control over what was happening, but they need to be more proactive about communications, in my opinion.
