I decided to use FHT a second time and was happy with both the service and attentiveness of the team. My driver was exceptionally nice, professional, and courteous. He called regularly with updates and kept me informed at all times. The car arrived just fine and on time.
I had a number of personal items in the car and nothing was touched. The interior of the car (the driver side) was dirty and I will need to get the car detailed. I've had a conversation with the management about ensuring that drivers keep their hands clean when moving the cars. Otherwise, this was a very pleasant experience and I would use this company again, especially if I could get the same driver.
