So just like everyone else, I received a quote online and agreed to pay the deposit because the reasonable price to get my pick-up truck transported from Ga to Ca. After 4 weeks they recommended to offer a $100 bonus to "speed up" the process and we did with no results. After contacting the company 3 times a week for a period of 5 weeks the costumer service rep. recommends that I should cancel my order because they were unable to find a driver to take the truck. Their excuse was that the quote was too low and that no driver wanted to take the truck for the price they were offering. Apparently, this company is the only one that charges a deposit before the vehicle is even picked up. I cancelled my order today and I hope I receive the refund as they promised.
