17 DAYS AND NO CARRIER EVEN ASSIGNED ! Flawed bidding model, they keep it too low for too long. If you want to wait an extra week or two+++ use them because the first week+ is wasted. They should have the desencey to offer a fair low price other then a pathetic 65% of what we contracted. They basically take your deposit and hold you hostage and even if they have a day or two left (of the 15 day from time first ready, a sneaky move to keep you on the hook longer) they will not flex on the $100 penalty when THEY CAN'T DELIVER! They might be able to deliver on big city routes but if you have anything slightly out of the ordinary you are out of luck and DON'T EVER PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT. The deposit model is a scam because you will become lower priority vs those who don't pay because they have a guarantee that you will wait that long and they are happy to use it. I wish I went with my referral from my seller that was $100 more(which was $50 less then my bonus offer) because he was taking a modest commission of $75-$100. The only good thing about them is that they had friendly CSRs, at least when they told me that I still don't have assignment they were polite about it. Still there is no polite way to say after 17 DAYS.. NO CARRIER. Basically I don't have my new car and won't for well over a month because I made the mistake of trying to work with Express. Stay far away, you have been warned.

Express Auto Transport regrets that Mr Pietrzak was not satisfied with his experience with our company. We are not sure what Mr Pietrzak is referring to when he talks about a flawed bidding model. We understand that Mr Pietrzak is frustrated but our model has proven to be successful for over thirteen years. The facts are that 19 percent of the transports in the country, currently have an origin of California. It is historically difficult to find trucks going to North Dakota this currently even more difficult with the extremely high volume coming out of California.
