I have shipped 2 cars in the past 5 years and this was my third time and it was a better experience than the last time. Suzette my salesperson was very truthful about the process which is something I can't say about the last time I shipped my car. I was a little taken back what she had told me but it was truthful and the pickup and drop-off was near perfect. Thank you Suzette and I will use you and Expedia again if I have to ship again.
