Kelly was extraordinary!! She was extremely polite and had a beautiful attitude. She acted as though we knew each other for years! The car was dispatched within 24 hours and arrived on time without a scratch! Truly exceptional! They hold true to their name and I would use them again in a heartbeat. I honestly hope Kelly gets a promotion from the way she presents herself and her excellent customer service skills. She actually made the experience enjoyable!
