We ordered an in ground basketball court that weighed 485lbs. It was traveling from Kansas to California, and the transit time was 4 days. I understand that there is a delay right now, so the fact that it took 6 days wasn't a big deal. Although I will say, I called their HQ on day 5 to ask if there was an updated ETA. And the response was, they will reach out to the individual warehouse and let them know I'm expecting it. Of course I'm expecting it. I ordered it! Anyway, the delivery is the part that really bothered me. The delivery did not require anyone to be there, and it was suppose to be front door delivery. The fine print say they will deliver it to your door step or put it in your garage. Thank goodness my wife was home. Our front door is up a few steps, and the garage is detached in the back of the property. All we asked was to put it in the driveway behind a 12 foot wide fence. The driver was leaving it in the street when my wife asked to put it behind the open gate. He says it's curbside delivery only. She said no, my husband specifically said you can put it behind the gate. Please put it there. He asks what kind of delivery service we requested, and she said I don't know, but my husband clearly said you are able to put it back there. He again it's only suppose to be curbside(then why did he ask what service we had?). He was a jackass about it but finally relented and put it behind the gate. How on earth is anyone suppose to move something that weighs 485lbs? How could you possibly leave that sitting in the street? Even once taken apart, two of the three boxes weigh over200lbs each and were six feet long. Not an easy move. Overall, delivery was late, and the service was poor. I hope I do not have to deal with then again.
