Earth Auto Shippers is tops in the business. After working with two other brokers unsuccessfully and having problems getting the vehicle picked because of the location I chose Earth Auto Shippers. My vehicle was between two major cities and the two transport brokers that I worked with prior were unsuccessful in picking it up. This is after waiting over 30days and hearing their promises that they would pick it up within 5-7 days. The two transport brokers that I selected were dependable and I thought I could trust them – they did have good customer service but they did not come through.

Earth auto Shippers require payment upfront and handle everything. Their customer communications was fantastic. Daily updates-email voicemails were spot on. Brandon was excellent! Brandon provided the best customer service I ever had. The vehicle that was being shipped was for my 16 year old son and I was trying to get the vehicle shipped before school started. The entire month of August was wasted working with other shippers – a complete waste of time.

Once I signed with Earth Auto Shippers, in 24hrs Brandon had my vehicle picked up getting routed to LA in order to get more visibility and make it easier for pick up for the segment from LA to Texas. This was out of the box thinking and a real understanding of the situation and a customer’s needs. My vehicle was immediately picked up and was delivered to Texas about 10 hours early.

Again communication is key- I heard from Brandon and the last mile delivery company that coordinated final delivery. They were all over this shipment and I was very pleased that they came through. My son was thrilled. I plan to use Earth Auto Shippers again as I just purchased a vehicle in Chicago for my wife.
