Don't waste your time. Poorly managed

I scheduled my car to be picked up a few weeks in advance. I called when scheduling to make sure I understood the terms (how much weight you can put in the car, how clean it needs to be, etc). The representative told me everything I needed to know was on the print out form. I called a week later to confirm if items could be visible in the car if I planned to include items (which it states 120 pounds can be included on their website, but states 100 pounds can be included within the fine print of the contract). He told me I would be fined if anything was visible within the car, even though nothing to this extent is listed on the contract or within the shipping information.

I ordered express 72 hour pick up starting Monday June 24th. I called the week before that to confirm who I should make the money order out to, which is required for final payment. I was told once a truck was scheduled to pick up my vehicle they would contact me, and I would receive the information on who to fill the money order to. Monday came and went without hearing anything, so I called Tuesday, June 25th, to check the status of my shipment and again to see who to make the money order out to. Online the status of my car's shipment read ON TIME, however when the representative looked up my order he said the pickup was delayed 4 days! He said I was emailed (which is untrue, and no correspondence was made - email or phone call). I had to cancel my shipment and start the whole process over with another company. Not once did anyone contact me regarding the car shipment, delay status, or anything that could have made this process more enjoyable. Don't waste your time with this company - you'll spend a lot of it on hold (which will then direct you to a voicemail box that no one will receive or call you back), frustrated, and flat out.
