Awful, dishonest, rude, thoughtless...

I dealt with David and his prices were great! What I SHOULD have done was listen to the poor reviews on other sights, rather than David's RESPONSES to the poor reviews. I'm sure he'll do some sort of response to this one as well to make it seem like the customer's fault. He does that to everyone. I dealt directly with David and mainly went with him because the price was great and he was so responsive. The problem arrived when I told him that we couldn't get the cars until the 29th, to which he replied "Sure, we can do that"...I requested them to pick up the cars on the 22nd...he said no problem. Well, they called to pick up the cars on the 21st instead. I agreed to that. Well, come the 26th at 9pm they call to tell me they will be delivering the cars on the 27th at 2pm. What? We weren't even in Florida yet. So, I call David, email David, no response. I ended up talking to the dispatch lady who is dealing with the truck driver. She has NOTHING to do with David's company, and was so friendly and accommodating. She told me David did not communicate any timing with her on my vehicle and that is wasn't the first time this has happened with him. She said she would never deal with him again. I told her the same. She made her truck driver (and paid him $100) go to another city before coming to mine so that he could get the vehicles to us when we arrived in Florida. She worked all of Memorial Day with me on this. She, too, tried calling David and emailing him, to which he never responded. I told her I would use her company directly next time and let everyone I know do the same. OF course David didn't respond, because he already had his money in his pocket. With technology today, reviews and word of mouth, there are plenty of other reputable and decent human beings to deal with. By the way, the truck driver was sweating and stressed and yet, still SO nice to us. I felt awful for him. I was just glad I was able to pay him cash. To this day, David has never responded to my emails or phone calls. He was more than happy to respond prior to the cars being picked up, but once he received his money...nothing. He PROMISED me my car would NOT be delivered before the 29th...he never communicated with anyone else...he just made it a big hassle for everyone involved while he went and enjoyed his holiday and didn't care. Still doesn't, obviously. There are A LOT of other car companies out there that will do much better than this guy. Don't waste your time.

Point being, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. He may seem nice and responsive at first, but they are right, you get what you pay for. Pay a little extra or do a little research, but DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We need to teach companies that customer service is everything and a little thoughtfulness goes a long way. This is so important. Treat people the way you want to be treated. Is it that hard? He could have just let her know our timing and she would have worked with him prior to the day of. Simply rude. Simply thoughtless and mostly...just selfish. No thank you.

I am surprised Misty will take the time to leave me 2 negative reviews. Both of her vehicles was delivered on time and I gave her a Multiple car discount of $100. She is either getting compensated by one of my competitors or she simply enjoys trying to bring someone down. My driver did is very best to deliver her vehicle from CA to FL in a timely manner during Memorial day weekend. I wish Misty the Best Regardless and I refuse to get angry and Bitter about this.
