I would like to begin by saying this was by far a fantastic experience and one I would highly recommend to anyone transporting their vehicle from state to state. I had my vehicle towed from Texas to Missouri and Open Door could not have been more accommodating. Roy was my primary contact person and he was extremely personable and conscientious on all areas of delivering my Nissan Passport to me.
I had to leave Texas to start a management position in Missouri and was called to come about 8 weeks earlier than what I had intended, and ended up having to fly into Missouri on a few days notice. I then after arriving in Missouri got on the internet and started pricing the cost of transporting my vehicle from one state to another and had pretty much decided on having to take a bus back to Texas and drive my vehicle back to Missouri as the quotes I was receiving were way out of my price range. I received several quotes throughout the day and had basically decided it was a moot point and I would have to retrieve my vehicle myself.
Nearing the end of the afternoon I had received 7 quotes all of which were a couple hundred dollars higher than what my budget would allow. At the end of the afternoon, Door to Door phoned me and I spoke with Roy and could not believe the quote he gave me. It was nearly $300.00 dollars cheaper than all of the other quotes I had received. I told him he was the man for the job as I couldn't even have paid bus fare and driven my vehicle back to Missouri for the amount he had quoted me. I was so excited. I told him I would contact him in the next week or so. I even called two of the other companies back and they told me to be leary as they were most likely not a reputable company, etc... I beg to differ. Not only were they very reputable, but they went out of their way to serve me. I received immediate return phone calls and calls to let me know when and where my vehicle was, and even after calling them Saturday afternoon to give my deposit information, etc....My vehicle was delivered to my door early Monday morning. I would truly recommend to anyone in need of transporting their vehicle to use Door to Door. It was a great experience, very reasonably priced and a company that goes out of their way to please their customers. Thank You so Much Door to Door Transport.
