I called Done Right Transportation after reading their review on this site. I talked to Dino throughout the entire process and was quoted at $870.00 to transport an Acura RSX from Jacksonville FL to Seattle WA. The price was about 150.00 dollars cheaper than quotes from other companies. The pickup was supposed to occur on a Thursday and be dropped off on a Saturday. The driver of the truck called and said he would be picking up two days early. The driver said he would be show up at 10 pm on a Tuesday but later said he wouldn't be able to make it until 2 AM. He showed up at 4 AM and took the car. Transportation from coast to coast took nine days and arrived two days earlier than scheduled. Because of this inconvenience, the company who transported the car agreed to house it at their office until i was able to pick it up. The office ended up being someone's house in a small town in Washington. It seemed a little shady, but the car was there in one piece and not damaged in any way. The oil tank was missing about half the oil it had in it originally, but other than that the car was fine. Overall, the car was transported in a timely manner with some changes to the original agreement - nothing too drastic or inconvenient. I would choose to use their services again.
