After an awful experience with another company I found myself with out a way to transport my car from Maryland to California.... 2 days before the car was to have been picked up and less than 1 week before my departure date. Panicked and frustrated I started going back through some of the email correspondence I had received when requesting quotes and after a few calls to other companies found Domestic Auto Transport. Jennifer was FABULOUS. She listened to my dilemma, talked me through the delivery process and squelched all my fears and misgivings about the auto transport business. She did let me know that for expedited service I would have to pay more but assured me she would do her best to keep the price as low as possible. I had told her I was willing to go up to $2,000 for a pick up by June 30th. Within an hour she called and let me know that she had not only found a reliable transported and the cost would only be $1350. Later that night another team member from Domestic called and by the time I got home I had messages and emails confirming my pick up. The next day I was contacted by the pick up company - Ace who completely worked around my schedule despite the last minute arrangements. Today the driver called me in the AM to confirm my 11am pick up and arrived to pick up at 11am sharp. My car was on the truck within 15 minutes. I am relived and grateful for Jennifer's help and would absolutely recommend Domestic Auto Transport to anyone looking for reliable shipping for their vehicles. I wish I had contacted them initially - it ultimately would have saved me time and frustration
