From beginning to end, John was informational, and comforting, as I was totally confused when I started the process. He explained how it worked; the process, the financing, the timing and just made me feel confident in what I was doing! I had never used a transport company before and now feel very knowledgeable to help people who are interested in doing the same. He followed up before and after the pickup and delivery. I was impressed and would certainly recommend Domestic Transport..and John. I don't have my notes and cannot remember the gal who followed up..She too was very competent.
