Kimberly was great to work with, however, I was disappointed in the amount of time it took to get my vehicle picked up and delivered. In order to receive updates on the status of the delivery I had to initiate contact, but once she responded she was very informative and helpful.

Typically it does take us 1-10 business days to secure a carrier. Transit time is another 7-10 days. Typically the carrier contacts the customer to schedule the delivery, so when you called to tell me the carrier had not contacted you, I was on top of it. Again I apologize if you feel my service was not what you expected. I hope your husband is enjoying his anniversary present.
