I used Montway as the broker (I used them before and had a good experience). Their quote was a little on the high side when compared to other companies, but I thought since I had experience with them before I would use them again. They were quick and easy to deal with, they found me a company to ship my car within 24 hours. The company, Dirt Racing Motor Sports, though was so-so. The pick-up driver was very nice and I trusted my vehicle with him, the driver that dropped it off however was nothing but rude. He called me about an hour before he would be near the drop off location to tell me to have someone meet him at a different location than what we had arranged. He didn’t ask, he didn’t put in a friendly manner, he point blank stated he was going to a location chosen by him. Well to keep this review as short as possible, the driver was very rude (he also made several false statements about the arranged location) and I would not ship or recommend this company to anyone.

The location arrangement was setup by Montway Auto Transport, not our company. The driver could not meet at the Walgreens ( Western and Grandview)in north Chicago, IL. The parking lot was to small. We tried everything to get you, the customer to understand this, but you refused. So yes it does come down to the safety, convenience, and will being of your drivers and equipment. I (Kevin) offered every possible option for making this happen. Paying of a cab, unloading and driving over to get your sister, btw I was not taking to you, I was dealing with your sister, you where working I believe and passed it off. None of these options where to her satisfaction. She instead decided a friend would bring her to meet us. This was at a Home Depot (Lincoln and Devon) instead. Roughly 3/4 to 1 mile away from the Walgreens. I'm sorry you feel that we had bad service for you, but we never agreed to the drop location and we do not see the drop location before accepting the load from Montway. Its the way the system is setup. If you feel we where short and rude again I'm sorry, but we where still very close to the original drop location, just not walking distance. I do not know how we could have handled it any better. Also I don't not think I is right for you not to post your name. Maybe a little tacky. The pickup and drop where on time with no damages to your Jeep.
