Worst service I ever got!

I really curse the moment I called this crippled and lame company run by handful of liars. I called the company and placed an order to move my car. They said that they would have it picked up in 1-7 days but even after many days no body called and my car was never picked up. I was renting a car so I had to pay for extra days because of their false promise. When I contacted them, the rude customer service said that they would not help since they were just brokers. I had not choice but cancel order. After repeated phone calls, yelling and screaming I however got my deposit back. Whatta pain in the neck!

The lesson I learned from this:
1. Never trust the lame companies like this. No one has time to follow up on these minor issues. There are other important things to do in life.
2. Spend a little more dollars and go with a reputable company. It is a peace of mind.
3. Always investigate how big the company is. The bigger the company, better they are in their words and commitments.

Unfortunately Rana fabricated his review. He demanded reimbursement for a rental car even though it was only seven days since he made his vehicle available (which was during the 4th of July week). When told no and that we were cancelling his order (because of his threats), he blew up and started posting negative reviews such as this one and altered the facts, because the truth didn't support his outlandish statement. Fortunately, there is only a small percentage of people like this. The overwhelming majority of our customers are reasonable and understand the process.
