The company representative was very helpful and polite when taking the information for the transport. We were told when the vehicle would be picked up by a flatbed truck and taken to be placed on the car carrier. The pickup was done in a timely manner. The truck driver was very polite and knowledgeable.
We were told when to expect the car to be delivered in Florida. It was delivered on time, exactly as we had been told.
The cost of $600.00 was the same or better than the several quotes we recieved. The other quotes for the same service were between $600.00 and $850.00.
We would not hesitate to use Direct Express Auto Transport again if the need arises.
