I would definetely use your service again if needed. I practically just made the phone call to Direct Express Auto Transport, got the quote, I liked the price and after that, i just waited.
I got two e-mails (order confirmation) and ( company assigned to transport my vehicle). Since this is my first time transporting a vehicle from another state, I was a little worried because the driver did not call me to inform that he had picked up my car. I called the transportation company''s dispatcher and she gave me the driver''s name and cell phone number. I called the driver and got the information regarding the date of arrival.
I was not in a rush, so i did not bother to call after that, but surprisely my vehicle arrived within a week from Ohio to Los Angeles - California (door to door), paid the driver, COD and got my car. Excellent service.
