Intial computer online set up was easy, custom rep contact was easy to deal with an let me know the details in easy to understand information, and driver was on time and called to say picked up the car and then called to give me and estimated delivery, and then even call to let me know how many minutes away he was at the time just prior to delivery. Excellent over-all experience.
